Feb. 12, 2008 This Timika Tyson checking in for Flint Hill School. We are located in Oakton Virginia. We are located 15 miles Southwest of Washington DC.

February 25,  2008 Greetings from White Mountain School! The banner has left our school and is on its way to Whitman Elementary School in Portland, OR. We hope the mail is a little quicker on the way out than it was on the way in! Sweet dreams to all!

March 14, 2008  This is Kay and Glenys from The Hockaday School, a girls' school founded in 1913, in Dallas, Texas. We teach 6th grade English and have just finished reading JOHNNY TREMAIN. Now we're on to the Civil War. We celebrated Langston Hughes birthday Feb 1, and the girls began their dream poems, which they also submitted to various poetry contests. We are excited to add our letters to the banner. We're also excited about spring break March 15 -- 25. [Glenys and I heard Willie Nelson, a Texas legend, sing with the Dallas symphony orchestra recently. Yea, Willie!] Happy dreaming, K & G

April 8, 2008 The Banner has just left Hockaday in Dallas. We loved the pictures from the school in Alaska [I think]. The PreK students and Middle School students' pictures were darling. Our sixth-grade girls stood in the wind with our dream flags, freezing in the cold [60 degrees: cold for daisies] and added our "A" and "E" to the DREAM FLAG  banner.  Make a wish and dream. K & G.
